At Wembley Stadium, thousands of fans can move through the concourse at the same time, particularly during pre-event and half-time periods.
For Bar Tap, that meant creating a solution designed around speed, scale and customer flow.
Quagga Design delivered the design, manufacture and installation of a modular Bar Tap solution, engineered to support Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology while meeting the demands of a high-footfall live-event environment.
The aim was simple: create a bar that could perform when demand was at its highest.

Traditional bar formats can struggle when large numbers of customers arrive within a short period of time.
Bar Tap takes a different approach.
The modular system supports Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, allowing customers to enter, take their drinks and leave without the need for tills or a conventional checkout process.
For the design, this meant creating an environment that could support rapid throughput while keeping customer movement clear and reducing congestion.
The result is a space designed around the way Wembley actually operates - high volumes, short service windows and the need to keep people moving.
Bar Tap combines robust engineering with a clean, contemporary design.
The cameras, sensors and systems required for Just Walk Out technology are integrated discreetly within the structure, allowing the technology to operate in the background while the customer experience remains simple and intuitive.
